Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy We are therapists dedicated to providing a unique experience in the comfort of your home. Each session is prepared with time, love, and care so that you feel 100% relaxed, welcomed, and looked after. To maintain this level of dedication and quality, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations outside this timeframe or no-shows will incur a charge of 100% of the session fee. We understand that valid unexpected situations can arise! In such cases, we are always happy to discuss and reschedule your appointment in a way that works for both parties.
